I resized a less version 358 window and SPC scrolled down by the correct new
amount. Are there any other programs that do as you described?
I can't think of too many situations when I would resize a window, but
want it to scroll by a different amount than the new size. Perhaps
this is a "skim over a document" method. But then there would be a
more general method to startup this feature than a window resize.
I can think of many risks of a user thinking they've seen the
entire content of a file while in reality they've missed chunks. I
cannot see how the default should favor the rare expert skimmer user.
I think the z and w concepts are probably meant for the expert who is
unhappy that the software is aware of the new window size or whatever;
not to alert the software that the window is resized.
