follow-mode does not work with images in w3m

User-agent: Gnus/5.110006 (No Gnus v0.6) Emacs/23.0.0 (gnu/linux) 
follow-mode does not account for the fact that images are of greater height 
than the line they are on.  This makes it so that there are parts of the 
document that are not visible because an image has made that 'page' 
artificially longer.
