Then it becomes only Javascript or Java without Javanese script at
all, which would more fit the purpose of HELLO file.

For example Emacs is written as: ꦼꦩꦄꦕꦱ (I think they do not have
capitalized letters).

Lisp is written as ꦭꦶꦱꦥ

and javascript is written as ꦗꦄvꦄꦱꦕꦫꦶꦥꦠ

java is ꦗꦄvꦄ

Hello is written as halo and in Javanese script ꦲꦄꦭꦺꦴ
