Thanks. To be honest, I'm still a bit lost about how the module
structure exactly works, and I suspect I'm not alone.
Perhaps you could collect the email you've sent on this subject and
copy it into doc/README or something like that? Eventually we need
proper documentation, but initially it would be helpful just to have
the working notes somewhere.

I think that the projects that need K&R C support already have it;
they don't need gnulib-tool's help. So I wouldn't bother, unless
somebody steps up who really needs this feature (and volunteers to
help maintain it :-).
