Thanks. After massaging it with
sed -e 's/^.*h://' -e 's/>.*/>/' -e 's/h".*/h"/' -e 's/ *# */#/'
~/pragma.list \
| sort | uniq | \
| sed -n -e 's/#include <\(.*\)\.h>/\1.h \1.in.h/p' | sed -e 's/\//_/g'
I get the list of affected files in gnulib:
