I also took the opportunity to clean up the HTML and CSS just a
little, removing the ugly dashed dividers, the confusing line about
"Used ranges" (which implied that there might be other unused ranges),
removing some unused CSS, and also renaming "Resume" to "Summary", as
a) that's used by non-American speakers too, and b) less-experienced
English speakers might assume that a "Resume" is always a summary of
your skills and experience prepared for a job application.
Since my previous patch, to the Makefile.am code, has not yet been
applied (but I think it was agreed), I include that too, in an
improved form which doesn't confuse automake by using a variable
ending "_SOURCES".
