Sorry for the trouble. Yes this is currently the only gnulib test that
fails even on glibc platforms; I mentioned this on 2021-02-15.
Meanwhile I know that the unit test is partially wrong. Still need to
determine whether the SIGNAL_SAFE_LIST is buggy as well or not.
