Re: IceCat 2.0.0.10-g1 window icons

Very welcome!  I recompiled with them in browser/app/ and they show up.

I've also put together (very quickly) an icecat KDE icon set, with sizes 
from 16px to 128px, using icecat.png:  
http://incognu.com/downloads/icecat/icecat_kde_icons.tar.bz2 for anyone 
using KDE.
