Downloading a file everytime Iceweasel starts

Hello,

Every time I start Iceweasel it attempts to download a file I had
originally downloaded 5 months ago.

It brings up the Download screen and it always downloads the same file.
Even if I "Cancel" the download, or let it finish the download, the next
time I start Iceweasel it attempts to download it again.

I don't usually close Iceweasel. I log out of Gnome.

I also noticed that if I close Iceweasel, and bring it up without
restoring a previous session, Iceweasel won't attempt to download this
file again. But if I later log out of Gnome, next time Iceweasel
attempts to download this exact same file.

Can anyone help ?
