Do you have Firefox on the same machine to see if that page is rendered in the same way?

Dear all,
I am new here - a fellow of FSF and member of FSFE.
I have been interested in Icecat for a long time and have now taken up
using it. I am encountering a strange problem - that some pages render
the background strangely, it simply takes what is behind and around the
window and uses it as background! Like this:

Also, during a discussion on using the Tango theme in Claws Mail, the
idea was rejected partly due to a licensing question regarding GPL
compatibility.

You have concluded that there is nothing in the way of using it in
Icecat?
A minor detail: I really like the logo and icon of Icecat - it is
really much better than the Firefox logo.

Morten
