[Bug-gnuzilla] Privacy Filter Misconfig

Hi,

Recently while utilizing the privacy filter I discovered a misconfiguration.

It has to do with restricting Amazon ad servers. The problem occurs on visiting 'amazon.co.uk' where the filter is not configured to permit the 'images-amazon.com' and 'ssl-images-amazon.com' servers. This results essentially in breaking 'amazon.co.uk'. I suggest adding the following rules to the filter to correct the problem:

@@||images-amazon.com^$domain=amazon.co.uk @@||ssl-images-amazon.com^$domain=amazon.co.uk

I have tested them and they seem to work for me. Not sure if it is safe to append this for all amazon.* sites, but it could prove interesting to test.

Regards,
