For each addon on addons.mozilla.org there is a list of Mozilla 
compatible softwares listed. For example,

states:

Version 2.3 Released April 3, 2013 12.2 kB Works with Firefox 4.0 and 
later, SeaMonkey 2.0 and later, Thunderbird 8.0 and later
