Could you please link to the specific claims?
In any case, there are several good ones they could make, like how using
tor on-and-off leaves you open to tracking by matching the cookies and
sessions started through tor to the plain browsing ones.
Also we do not apply specific patches to prevent ip leaks, eg we do not
disable webrtc.
