Details:
Minor but highly visible difference in AT&T/groff ms behaviors.
Lesk 1978-11-13 says:
"Date. By default, documents produced on computer terminals have the date at
the bottom of each page; documents produced on the typesetter don't."
Heirloom Doctools nroff+ms produce a date in the footer for the following
simple document; `groff -Tutf8 -ms` does not.

Strictly, even the text line is not necessary to reproduce this behavior.
