end of tmac/hyphen.en (or, rather, it made tmac/hyphen.en exactly match its
tex-hyphen counterpart
(hyph-utf8/tex/generic/hyph-utf8/patterns/tex/hyph-en-us.tex

which lacks this footer).  Is this intentional?
