Severity: 2 - Minor => 1 - Wish

Follow-up Comment #16:
Setting severity to "wish" as the advisability of the change as currently
summarized ("allow paths in "name" directive of font description file,
restoring historical groff behavior") is not yet determined.
At present I lean against it, but we haven't done a groff release that rejects
such things (as Git HEAD does) so the desire for such a feature among our user
base, and the breadth of existing reliance upon it, has not been established.
