Follow-up Comment #2:

The submitter having not answered the comment #1 questions in over four years,
and Deri being unable to reproduce the problem, I'm closing this as
Unreproducible.  The submitter won't get email about this, but if that person
checks back here and responds with more info, it can be reopened.
