Add debbugs links to the coreutils website?

Hello,

Would you be willing to add a link to the coreutils' debbug page on the coreutils website 
in the "Getting Help" section?
 http://debbugs.gnu.org/cgi/pkgreport.cgi?which=pkg&data=coreutils

Sometimes it's easier to look there than to search/read through the 
'bug-coreutils' mailing list archives.

Perhaps something like this:
