Hi Team,
It would be great to easily truncate the start of a file and leave a
portion of the end of the file.
Truncate only supports trimming from the end of the file by x size.
It would be quite handy to be able to specify that truncation should
happen off the start/front of the file. Maybe this could be named
reverse truncate or similar.
