Hear hear!  I agree with everything that Jean-Christophe wrote.
In short: please do not provide in GNU packages anything that was
machine translated.


It's unclear to me what the OP requested.  If it was a Chinese
translation of the coreutils manpages, Debian has some.  E.g.:

  https://manpages.debian.org/testing/manpages-zh/ls.1.zh_CN.html

(Whether these translations are any good, I can't judge.)

If coreutils were to provide a POT file for coreutils-texi,
then the TP will include it in their list.  For an example:
