Should we update etc/MORE.STUFF, accessible from the menu-bar under
Help, "Find Extra Packages"?  I tried:

 * Autorevert, CWarn and Follow:
   <URL:http://www.andersl.com/emacs/>

but that site apparently no longer exists.  Should we delete that
entry from etc/MORE.STUFF?

When I started doing some work on autorevert.el, I tried to contact
Anders via the email address in autorevert.el, but got no response.
Should we put:

;; Maintainer: FSF

in autorevert.el?
