See '?' in the subject. I was not sure it was a BUG.Are we sure that what I described is bug #6499? There it speaks of Emacs 23... instead I observe the bad behavior with Emacs 24 trunk rev. 100771. Up to previous rev. I bootstrapped, rev. 100755, I never observed that wrong behavior.
