abbrevs are case-insensitive by default, as suggested by the following
in `define-abbrev`s docstring (and specified more clearly elsewhere,
most likely):

NAME must be a string, and should be lower-case.
[...]
- `:case-fixed': non-nil means that abbreviations are looked up without
case-folding, and the expansion is not capitalized/upcased.
