1900 issues is about an order of magnitude less than what we have,
AFAIU, so 2 hours is quite a lot.  Also, I'm not sure Clément tried
this DB, perhaps he tried a larger one.

Why does Forge insist downloading the entire DB to the local machine?
That sounds like something that wouldn't scale well.
