Zero if you want to have proper integration of Emacs into the Windows (desktop and network) environment. The stated goal for WSL is development of cloud applications, so it is too isolated from Windows and WSL2 is making that isolation even stronger (by running a proper paravirtualized Linux kernel in a somewhat de-featured HyperV VM).
