This style was added some time back, and is currently the recommended
way to get this indentation:

(memq this-command
      '( universal-argument universal-argument-more
         digit-argument negative-argument))

Heh.  But I see that doing the same for a vector signals an error:

[ :foo :zot
      :bar]

forward-sexp: Scan error: "Containing expression ends prematurely", 1, 1

(I'll open a bug report.)
