Hi,
Please compare the "Library Keywords" node in the Emacs manual with
the appearance in the stand-alone Info viewer.
The table as displayed in Emacs is completely messed up because of bad
use of `fill-paragraph' (line 2906 in info.el).
This node is probably the worst example, but the same problem occurs
in numerous other places in various manuals.
