Hi,
If you try to bootstrap emacs if you don't have X installed or if you
configure it with --with-x=no it will break with this message:
In toplevel form:
../../emacs--multi-tty/lisp/ruler-mode.el:114:1:Error: Symbol's value as
variable is void: fringe-bitmaps
