[wishlist] type-break: Should save data file by itself.

Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:


type-break-mode now (in CVS) uses a file to save the data
(type-break-file-name). This file isn't saved by type-break-mode,
and thus emacs asks whether it should save it on exit. This is
quite annoying :-)
