The CVS set from last almost UTC midnight is in a bad condition: gcc 
does a fine job, but then comes compilation of the Elisp files with 
this repeated error:

        Cannot open load file: encoded-kb
        make[1]: *** [autoloads] Error 255

In the end, an hour later, it gives:

        make[1]: Target `bootstrap' not remade because of errors.
        make: *** [bootstrap-build] Error 2
        make: Target `bootstrap' not remade because of errors.
        1567.440u 182.800s 37:09.39 78.5%       0+0k 100+1810io 0pf+0w
        
        Compilation exited abnormally with code 2 at Wed Feb 23 01:47:50

The same this morning. encoded-kb.el exists! Should I better send a new 
bug report?
