Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:
I'd seen this warning several times. When start NT Emacs and then use
mouse point the ``Tools'' menu immediately. I always see
wrong-type-argument wholenump -xx <== here -xx can be some number.
