Some Emacs manual errors.

I happened to notice the following 3 errors in my CVS Emacs
"GNU Emacs 22.0.50 (i386-msvc-nt5.1.2600)

The Emacs documentation section 20.4 Checking and Correcting Spelling
contains the following text.

This section describes the commands to check the spelling of a single
word or of a portion of a buffer.  These commands work with the spelling
checker program Ispell, which is not part of Emacs.  *Note Ispell:
(ispell)Top.

-> Attempts to follow the Ispell link results in the message

Info file ispell does not exist

The Emacs documentation section 20.4 Checking and Correcting Spelling
contains the following text.

`M-x flyspell-progmode'
     Enable Flyspell mode for comments and strings only.

-> The reference to flyspell-progmode should probably be
flyspell-prog-mode.

In the top-level info directory the following entries appear twice.
They seem to represent every other entry in the list that precedes these
duplicates.

* PCL-CVS: (pcl-cvs).   Emacs front-end to CVS.

* CC mode: (ccmode).    Emacs mode for editing C, C++, Objective-C,
                          Java, Pike, and IDL code.
* Flymake: (flymake).   An on-the-fly syntax checker for Emacs.

* Message: (message).   Mail and news composition mode that goes with
Gnus.
* MIME: (emacs-mime).   Emacs MIME de/composition library.
* SC: (sc).             Supercite lets you cite parts of messages you're
                          replying to, in flexible ways.
* Sieve: (sieve).       Managing Sieve scripts in Emacs.

* Calc: (calc).         Advanced desk calculator and mathematical tool.
* EUDC: (eudc).         An Emacs client for directory servers (LDAP,
PH).
* RefTeX: (reftex).     Emacs support for LaTeX cross-references and
citations.
* Tramp: (tramp).       Transparent Remote (file) Access, Multiple
Protocol.
                          Edit remote files via a remote shell (rsh,
                          ssh, telnet).
* Widget: (widget).     The "widget" package used by the Emacs
Customization
                          facility.

* VIP: (vip).           An older VI-emulation for Emacs.
