I cannot reproduce it. Nor have I ever seen Windows clipboard / emacs kill
ring lose lines, even when moving many times more than 1000 lines.
Still, there might be a problem in clipboard coding system conversion. Are you
using a non-English Windows? What is selection-coding-system's value?
