flyspell resets ispell dictionary

Hello!

When I launch GNU Emacs with -Q and then set aspell's dictionary to 
de_DE and then load a LaTeX file to spell check, flyspell resets the 
dictionary to some `default´ value, as the mode-line indicates. The 
`default´ dictionary is different my language environment.

In GNU Emacs 22.0.50.1 (powerpc-apple-darwin7.9.0, X toolkit, Xaw3d 
scroll bars)
 of 2005-09-07 on localhost
