C-c C-h doesnt work as expected in org mode

Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:

I would like to get a brief overview of the keybindings in org-mode,
so I do C-c C-h, but instead of showing me the list of bindings under
the C-c prefix, it waits for another key, as C-c C-h is a prefix in
this mode.

I suggest moving these org-*-special bindings to something else.

If emacs crashed, and you have the emacs process in the gdb debugger,
