Patch for TeX input method

Hallöchen!

Please consider applying the attached patch which adds some
\text... commands to the TeX input method.  The \text... commands
are taken from the core LaTeX package "textcomp".  I included only
textcomp commands for symbold that are not yet included in
latin-ltx.el.

Additionally, the patch includes '\-' for the soft hyphen.  It
changes the '\,' command from 0x2006 to 0x202F because not linebreak
is allowed at '\,'.
