flyspell-buffer with large .tex files hang

I have .tex file with size more than 100 Kb (if that needed, i may
attach this file). I use AUCTeX for edit this file.
flyspell-mode with this file works fine in latest emacs CVS snapshot.
But if i try use 'M-x flyspell-buffer' with this file, emacs hang and
use 99% of CPU time (C-g aborts this, but buffer stays unchecked).
This is also reproduced with emacs started as 'emacs -Q file.tex', then
just 'M-x flyspell-buffer'.

For spell checking i use
