Check the *tramp/ssh2 address@hidden buffer, it contains
the last output of the Tramp process. I suspect a prompt which isn't
recognized, maybe due to escape sequences.

If it isn't obvious, please submit a bug via "M-x tramp-submit-bug".
The message will contain further information needed for analysis.
