Please readd grep-tree

From: M Jared Finder
Subject: Please readd grep-tree
Date: Sun, 07 May 2006 19:39:49 -0700

In emacs a week or two back, there was a function `grep-tree' that was like
grep-find but provided a
usable interface to someone unfamiliar with grep or find like myself. Now it's
gone. Please add
grep-tree back to Emacs, it was much more usable then grep-find.
