process-send-string don't converse EOL from CR to CRLF on win2k

If you start in eshell some application that require any user input 
(openssl s_client -connect blah-blah-blah in my case) then any text you 
enter has no effect because application doesn't receive it. Openssl uses 
CRT function "read" that don't interpret LF as EOL and never returns :(
