The fonts are available in the Debian packages xfonts-terminus and
xfonts-terminus-oblique, you can find them (including sources) at
http://http.us.debian.org/debian/pool/main/x/xfonts-terminus/ .

Unfortunately gdb doesn't run on my machine due to a kernel bug.  I'll
try to find some workaround and provide the information you need.
