That would be e.g.,

Size: 3292320 too big to email (or even download again for me.)
I got that file but I can't reproduce the problem.
What major mode was used when you visited it?
What precise commands did you use to visit it?
Please tell me precisely what to type, starting with `emacs -Q',
to make this problem happen.
