current-active-maps is in wrong node of Elisp manual

Either current-active-maps should be moved to another node, such as
Active Keymaps, or cross references should be added (in both
directions).

Here are some functions and their Elisp-manual nodes:

current-active-maps - node Functions for Key Lookup

accessible-keymaps, map-keymaps - node Scanning Keymaps

current-global-map, current-local-map, current-minor-mode-maps,
    global-map - node Active Keymaps

I think it makes most sense to put current-active-maps in node Active
Keymaps. And, perhaps add a cross reference to that node from
Functions for Key Lookup (maybe it's not even needed).
