I use the following packages:
MinGW-3.1.0-1.exe
mingw32-make-3.80.0-3.exe
downloaded from http://www.mingw.org/download.shtml
D:\download\emacs-gbk\nt>make which-sh
Using C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe as shell.
