More on crash this morning

I reverted to the previous version of xterm and it runs.
With the newer xterm it crashed when using X bit ran in -nw mode in an
xterm.  Suggests that the last change for "Yet Another Uncaught X
Error Crash" is the cause but this is beyond my expertise
