Oh, my bad: $GUIX_EXTENSIONS_PATH must actually include the
“/guix/extensions” sub-directory.
So if the file is at /tmp/foo/guix/extensions/bar.scm then
$GUIX_EXTENSIONS_PATH should be /tmp/foo/guix/extensions.
Sorry for the confusion!
