The SHA256 checksum is base64 encoded, instead of the
hexadecimal encoding that most checksum tools default to.

New in this release:

* mbox format: don't count terminating empty line as part of the message
* Improve performance of the Sieve fileinto action

* Variois fixes in mbox and dotmail format libraries
