That was not clear. I've added an explanation :
"This function allows you to attach on the Savannah project existing
Mailing lists on fencepost. This function is designed for mailing 
lists using Mailman not those using the aliases file."

Don't hesitate to tell me if it is still crap :-)

Yes. You have to enter some information in Sourceforge Database.
