What about the mailing list passwords?

Using this strategy we should save the passwords in plain text while
in the queue.

Regarding the modification of `/etc/aliases', does this file accepts
something like an "include" statement??

If it accepts such statement, then we can make /etc/aliases call a
special file: /etc/aliases-savannah, and then we don't have to worry
about file locks, and backups, etc.
