A package was submitted to savannah.gnu.org.
This mail was sent to address@hidden, address@hidden

Christoph Begall <address@hidden> described the package as follows:
License: gpl
Other License:
Package: GNU Indent and Style-Maintain
System name: gism
This package wants to apply for inclusion in the GNU project

The project will have at its outcome a tool or a set of tools to
maintain a certain style in source code. The intent is to give
programmers not only the freedom to express themselfs in free code,
but also to do this freely by means of style.

So a programmer should be able to define different styles of
programming code and translate from and to them, to enhance both
the communication with and the personal usage of the code.
Everybody should be free to use his or her personla style. If this
will just become a better replacement for indent, then so it may be.

The utililities reviewed so far (e.g. GNU indent, see
http://www.gnu.org/software/indent/indent.html) do not fulfill the
requirements listed above.

It does not exist yet but I\'m working on it.
